Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over the threshold displayed on our site. The qualifying amount is calculated after any discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping to the wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, Ölend is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@olend-en.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and local carrier office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help open an investigation with the carrier.
